Shipping
Cost of shipping & insurance will not be credited if the item is returned, exchanged, or credited.
strong>Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 30 days. Please note our return and exchange policy timelines begin at time of purchase. All purchases which qualify for a refund will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment. Any merchandise not returned in person must be accompanied by an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To obtain an RMA please contact us at customerservice@grwn.com.
What products aren’t eligible for return?
- Purchases outside of our 30-day return policy.
- Rings that have been resized or modified.
- GRWN For You / Special Orders / Engraved Jewelry.
- Purchases that don’t have all their original certificates, grading reports, packaging, etc.
- Purchases that shows evidence of wear.

All GRWN Lab Grown Diamonds are purchased exclusively through legitimate, reputable suppliers of diamonds. All diamonds purchased are required to meet the GRWN Standard.
LAB GROWN DIAMONDS & GEMSTONES
Customers should be aware that lab grown gemstones are processed from the time they are created using advanced technologies and accepted practices including CVD and HPHT. All gemstones listed on this sales slip have probably been subjected to a stable and possibly undetectable enhancement process. All relevant information will be readily provided to the best of our knowledge. Prevailing market values are based on these universally practiced and accepted processes by the gem and jewelry trade.
